Generally, when somebody talks publicly about low ratings, our community will want to have a look into how much those ratings are justified. And many users who read the Artist News know how to report stuff. Attention is not always a "good" thing. But as somebody who has listened to 'at least' 3 tracks of yours which might have caused ear damage if I listened to them on headphones, I have to say: Now, less people will get upset about those tracks and might listen to your other works while in a more positive mindset.
About the scouting: I have heard from cases where artists got re-scouted once they have improved, so that status isn't gone "forever". It's just more difficult, because regular users will not be able to scout you for a while. (2 years?)
